Leading Like Jesus
On Sunday February 9th, Pastor Ryan preached an impactful message at Watsonville Church of the Nazarene (WatsNaz) about what it means to lead like Jesus. As a Bible-based church in Watsonville, we are committed to following Christ’s example in every area of our lives—including leadership.
The Call to Christlike Leadership
In Luke 10:1-12, 17-20, Jesus sends out 72 disciples, teaching them that leadership isn’t about power or position but about humility, obedience, and dependence on God. As a faith community in Watsonville, we are called to reflect that same kind of leadership in our homes, workplaces, and church.

Pastor Ryan reminded us that Jesus didn’t send His disciples alone—He sent them out in pairs. Likewise, we need mentors who can invest in us and people we can disciple in their faith.
